What You Can Expect

Responsible for the financial review and planning functions related to the assigned functional areas and/or business units. Primary focus will be on Inventory and Excess and Obsolete (E&O). Primary role is to by provide timely financial information and support for the business teams to make fact-based decisions of spend that drive the support functions they support. Perform insightful analysis to identify financial improvements or leverage spend for the functions to achieve strategic goals of Zimmer Biomet and will work closely with team members in NAM, LATAM, EMEA and APAC.

How You'll Create Impact

· Support the monthly financial review process

· Responsible for various financial business processes, including but not limited to

strategic plans, annual budgets, and monthly projections.

· Provide business partner support for daily activities and special projects

· Assist business partners with understanding financial policies and practices

· Develop understanding of inventory flows to facilitate discussions and engage

business partners in analyzing and improving inventory and E&O

· Participates in Global Inventory calls/meetings

· Propose and implement (continuous improvement) projects

· Support the management of inventory investment decisions

· Other Ad hoc reports and assignments

Your Background

· B.S. in accounting, finance or related field. MBA preferred.

· 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting

CPA highly desired.

· CPA/CMA preferred.

· Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
