Duties and Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Manager – ROSA Downstream is responsible for:

• Leading all ROSA product launches in the U.S.

• Create, execute, and contribute to oversight of strategies to maximize profitability and share of the portfolio.

• Create and execute business plans through marketing strategies, goals, and tactics.

• Work with cross functional business partners to refine and execute the strategy. Communicate key strategies, insights, and initiatives between field and

internal teams.

• Identify customer segments and create targeting prioritization.

• Identify and alleviate inefficiencies in sales cycle/customer purchase experience.

• Work with Sales leadership on monitoring effectiveness of commercial models and assessing adjustments.

• Work with upstream Marketing to identify competitive gaps in product portfolio.

• Collaborate with Sales Training and Sales Leadership on content, material creation, and education strategy for diverse sales force needs.

• Collaborate with Medical Education on customer education and events. Provide society, trade show, and locally hosted VIP programs support.

• Utilize the opportunity at these events to gain customer mindshare through promotional messaging tools and event programs.

• Develop and manage relationships with physician consultants and KOLs for marketing engagement opportunities.

• Research, analyze, and monitor product line financials, demand trends, customer movements.

• Responsible for the financial performance of relevant product lines and management and monitoring of key accounts, product trends, and initiatives.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health science, or related field, or foreign equivalent. Requires 5 years of experience in job offered or a

related position.

Must have experience with each of the following:

  • Developing positioning and commercial launch strategies that connect business goals and organizational strategies with market conditions

  • Project-managing commercial launch activities across functions

  • Building and supporting strategic options and reaching alignment

  • Presenting to business leadership and customers

  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify new programs and business models with successful execution

  • Understanding product related financials

  • Orthopedic industry; and

  • Product launches, downstream marketing, and product rollout.

Travel Expectations

Role requires up to 40% domestic travel.
